 Here are a few answers to questions about registering for a class or camp. If you have further questions pleas e-mail or call us.

 
 
Q1: Do I need to register for a class or camp?
 
A1: Most of the time the answer is yes. You must register your child for camp, Recorder classes, and Vocal Exploration       classes.This is so that we have enough materials for all students. We encourage you to register ahead for all classes to ensure that we have an instructor at the class. If we have no one registered our instructors are not required to be at MadCap.
 
Q2: How far ahead of time do I need to register for a class or camp?
 
A2: We prefer to know well in advance (1-2wks) to ensure that we have enough students to hold the class or camp and that we have enough materials. However, we will accept registrations the day before the camp or class begins. Please understand that we may not have enough materials for your child on the first day. (Recorder class and Vocal Exploration both require us to order materials. It could take us up to 2 weeks to recieve the correct materials, but substitute materials will be provided.)
 
Q3: How do I register?
 
A3: You can register in several ways. (1) Fill out the Easy registration form and send it to or drop it off at MadCap. Please send or bring cash or a check with registration. (2) E-mail all information found on the Easy Registration Form to administration@madcapcenter.com. Bring or drop off your registration fee prior to or on the first day of class. (3) Call to register. Bring or drop off your registration fee prior to or on the first day of class.
 
Q4: In what ways can payment be made?
 
A4: Payment is in full. You may pay by cash or check. No credit cards will be accepted.
